Hello Beautiful Soul :)

Happy Labor Day!! I hope you all are enjoying this beautiful day!!

Things have been going pretty well this week.... The football game was fun, hot, and humid... They ended up forfeiting at half-time.... IMO, they were already getting slaughtered anyway, so why continue to twist the knife?

As you know,  I started on the Keto Lifestyle and so far, so good.. :) I have already lost 5 pounds!! YAY!! I am putting weekly weigh-ins on my blog if you want to follow along :)

I know that I have been slacking in the video department... I sincerely apologize for that... With the Munchkins starting back to school, life has been super busy... You will be happy to know that we are all getting back on schedule now and the daily Card of the Day & Deck Fridays videos will resume at 7:00 AM tomorrow morning!!!
